Construction progress - The View Marbella

The View Marbella is currently under construction, with a planned completion in the spring of 2022 (completion March 2022). The construction is following the planned schedule, and the show flat will be ready in March 2021.

The show flat is located on the ground floor of block number 6, with private garden and views towards Marbella. This east facing apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and private garden. In addition several other apartment types are expected to be ready in the spring 2021.

Newest construction methods at The View

The apartments at The View are being constructed using a modern construction system developed by Sismo Building Technology. Among many benefits are reduced construction time, high level of insulation and increased strength.

Instead of using bricks, the Sismo system uses custom made building blocks. Each block consists of a steel structure, with insulation on each side. When placed in the correct position, concrete is filled in the center of each block.

 

High energy efficiency

All buildings at The View Marbella are A-rated for high energy efficiency. As a result, the costs for heating and cooling are kept at a minimum.

The open kitchen in these luxury apartments provides you with the perfect setup for just that. Custom made kitchen furniture, manufactured to the highest standard. The matte surface is both elegant, durable and easy to clean. The large drawers with hidden grips provides an almost endless amount of storage.

Ceramic worktops

Worktop surfaces in ceramic marble design are elegant and timeless, and in addition, durable and easy to clean. Miele appliances are installed throughout the kitchen, offering elegant style and unbeatable quality. It is no surprise that this proud brand has been chosen as the main provider of the kitchen appliances for The View.

Throughout the apartment the same tiled is used, a large 100 x 100 cm porcelain tile from the Spanish manufacturer Azulev. The tile is elegant and durable, and is used inside and outside, and in the bathrooms as well.

If you prefer a more Nordic look, you can choose wooden flooring in three different shades. In addition, you can also upgrade to marble floors in the dimension 90 x 90 cm.

One of the leading systems within home automation will be installed, allowing you to take control over any electrical element. All lightning in the apartment is connected, so you can automatically turn the light on/off and dimm the light. Createing different zones depending on where you spend the time is easy. The climate control is also managed by the system, so you can adjust temperature individually in all rooms.

There will be a main panel installed close to the entry door, and everything can be operated from your phone or tablet.

Triple layer windows and sliding doors from Schüco are installed  in the entire apartment. High quality, thin profile and excellent insulation are some of the strengths of Schüco. A perfect match for The View Marbella, where quality and finish is a priority. The grey frame  provides a beautiful contrast to the rest of the apartment.

The bathrooms in each apartment are designed to be a perfect blend of light, high quality materials and natural coloured wood. Full height Calcotta tile makes the the shower cabin a work of art. Calcotta tile is installed in the master bathroom, and is an option for the other bathrooms. Bathtub are included in the master bathroom in all 3 and 4 bedroom apartments.

Chrome taps are from German manufacturer Dorn Bracht. It is possible to upgrade to brushed steel as well. For maximum comfort, electric underfloor heating is installed.

The laundry room is equipped with high quality Siemens appliances. However, it is possible to upgrade to Miele or Gaggenau appliances. The laundry room also functions as the technical room, where the water heater is located.

A state of the art air condition system provides a comfortable indoor temperature. The system is fully integrated with the underfloor heating. A heat pump maximises the efficiency, and lowers the energy usage.

The floor heating in the living area and bedrooms is heated with water, the most economic system. In the bathrooms the floor is heated with electricity to work faster.

The View Marbella has been designed and developed by the office of Mr Teodoro Cabrilla. A unique plot, located at the top of the mountain provided an outstanding opportunity to create for something special. The uninterrupted views to the Mediterranean and the mountains was a prominent and important element.

Wilma Development Europe is a property developer established in 1939 in Holland. Over the time they have built and sold more than 1,000,000 houses and apartments. As a result they have a current development portfolio of €2 billion and € 350 million of annual turnover. Their expertise lies in residential and office construction, mainly in Holland and Germany. Spain is a new addition to their global portfolio. The company is managed by Mr Frank Maas.

 

SB developments

SB developments is a local property developer based in Marbella. The managing director being Pedro A. Golden Visa for The View Marbella

A golden visa for Spain can be obtained by purchasing property, if the price of the property exceeds 500.000 €. Buying an apartment at The View would provide you with a Golden Visa, and to take residence in Spain.
